  • No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed into the festival unless they’re accompanied by an adult.
  • Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
  • An over-18 age restriction will apply to persons entering the bar area situated in the main building at White Mountain Lodge. Alcohol may also not be brought into this area or the adjoining lounge and restaurant.
  • Anyone found supplying alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave the festival.
  • No glass/bottles or pets may be brought into the festival site.
  • Festival-goers are expected to treat the environment with the utmost respect, by disposing of rubbish and ensuring that fires are never left unattended.
  • Standard still cameras are permitted but no tape recorders, video cameras or professional photography equipment will be allowed in the festival without official accreditation. Attendees consent to filming, photographing and sound recording as members of the audience.
  • No car boot music, vuvuzelas, fireworks or sirens, please! Campers, caravanners and chalet residents are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other festival-goers and to comply with the 2am noise curfew.
  • Motorcycles and quad bikes may not be ridden in the festival site.
  • Swimming, fishing and boating are permitted in the dams, but washing with soap is not!
  • Although there is 24-hour security, festival-goers are asked to please lock all gas appliances, sleeping bags, food, clothes, cameras etc in their vehicles when away from their campsites. Any incidents of theft should immediately be reported to security.
  • No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, violent, offensive or dangerous behaviour will be tolerated at White Mountain and offenders will be dealt with by the necessary authorities. Bags, car boots and other items may be subject to a full search upon entry and throughout the event to ensure the safety of festival-goers.
  • The right to refuse entry to White Mountain Lodge and the festival is reserved.
  • Attendees assume all risk and danger incidental to attendance of this event and release the owners of White Mountain Lodge and C-Weed Entertainment Promotions and their close corporations, officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, sponsors or representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to attendance at this event. This includes but is not limited to any damage, theft or loss of property, death or injury or damage to any person attending the festival (in any capacity) or within the premises of White Mountain Lodge before, during or after the festival, as well as the failure of performers to perform and the possibility of inclement weather. The organisers can also not be held responsible for any water interruptions or power failures/load shedding that may occur.
